Eligible returns can be processed by mail or in store. To return an item by mail, please complete a Return Authorization request on our Contact US page. To return an item in store, please bring the item in its original packaging along with the printed order confirmation that you received by email at the time of purchase.
Items are available for Return within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and unused with all of the original packaging and tags attached. Once all items are received and reviewed you will be given an option of a Refund or Store Credit. Items marked as FINAL SALE, SPECIAL RELEASE/LAUNCH products, and/or SALE/MARKDOWN products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you select the Refund option, within 3-5 days the funds will be returned to the payment method used during your original purchase. If you select the Store Credit option, a credit will be issued within 1-2 days. You can use this credit at any time until the credit balance is completely used.
